Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of VSTAH.am and the escrow flow between homeowners and contractors. By using the platform, you agree to comply with applicable Armenian laws and platform policies.

1. Platform role

VSTAH.am provides escrow tooling, milestone tracking, and dispute support. We do not perform the renovation work and are not a party to construction execution obligations.

2. Payments & release

Funds are released by milestone according to approvals and submitted evidence. In case of disputes, funds remain protected until a resolution is recorded on the platform.

3. Dispute resolution

If parties cannot reach agreement, mediation processes defined in your deal settings and applicable law are used to determine the next action.
